About these terms
These terms apply to this website (edtechified.com) and to the Edtechified platform and apps. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you have a question, email info@edtechified.com.
Schools that use Edtechified also have an agreement with us that covers their subscription. If that agreement and these terms differ, the school's agreement applies.
Who can use Edtechified
The platform is provided to schools. People use it through accounts their school gives them, or that they set up themselves as a parent or applicant using details the school already holds.
Schools decide who has access and what each person can see, and are responsible for keeping that up to date, for example when a member of staff leaves.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and don't share your account with anyone else, including colleagues or family members.
If you think someone else has used your account, tell your school or email us at info@edtechified.com as soon as you can.
You are responsible for what is done through your account.
Acceptable use
Use Edtechified only for its purpose: running a school and keeping families informed.
Don't try to see information you haven't been given access to, or get around security or permissions.
Don't upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you don't have the right to share, and don't use the platform to send spam or abuse.
Don't disrupt the platform for others, for example by overloading it, or try to copy or take apart the software.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, to protect students, families, schools and the platform.
School data
Information a school adds to Edtechified belongs to the school. The school is responsible for making sure it is accurate and that it has the right to store and share it.
We use school data only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Our service
We work to keep Edtechified available, secure and working well, and we support schools through the helpdesk described on our support page.
We improve the platform over time. We plan changes before we make them and announce them in advance, but features may change.
Occasionally the service may be unavailable, for example during maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Fees, service levels and other commercial terms are set out in each school's agreement.
Our content and software
The Edtechified software, apps, website and brand belong to us. Using them doesn't give you ownership of them.
Schools may publish apps under their own name and logo. Those names and logos remain the school's.
Limits of our responsibility
Edtechified is a tool to help schools run. Decisions about students, fees, staff and communication remain the school's.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably foresee, or that result from information a school or user entered, or from someone else using an account. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
A school can stop using Edtechified as set out in its agreement. School data is then returned or deleted as that agreement describes.
We may suspend or close access if these terms are seriously broken, or if the law requires it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change significantly affects schools, we will tell them directly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
